Terms of Service

Iluuna is designed for estate administration by funeral homes, families, executors, and their advisors. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

• You may not use Iluuna to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• You may not attempt to access any account, system, or data you are not authorized to access.
• You may not interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
• You may not use Iluuna to send unsolicited communications to others.
• You may not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using Iluuna.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@iluuna.com.

Organizations are responsible for managing the accounts of their staff. When an employee leaves, the organization should remove their access.

Iluuna is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are described at iluuna.com/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not see a price change until their next renewal after notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All fees are charged in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. Continued failure to pay will result in suspension of access.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, you will need to add a payment method and select a paid plan to continue using Iluuna. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry before being permanently deleted.

Each organization is eligible for one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial periods is not permitted.

You own the data you upload to Iluuna. We do not claim ownership over your estate data, documents, or information.

By using Iluuna, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the platform.

You can export or delete your data at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

We aim to keep Iluuna available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated as quickly as we are able.

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or unavailability, except where required by law.

You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Iluuna is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These limitations reflect the fact that Iluuna is an organizational tool, not a legal or financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional for legal, financial, or estate planning advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian law.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Prince Edward Island, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
